Join Chef Pao as you learn how to prepare a four-course Asian dinner.
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Pao will guide you through the basics of making classic Asian dishes in a wok. Master your stir-frying skills while creating a special BYO fried rice and crisp and savory fried egg rolls with chicken, pork or vegetables, and egg roll sauce. Then, you'll learn how to prepare a traditional stir-fry with chicken, seafood or vegetables mixed with fluffy jasmine white rice. For dessert, learn how to create a light and sweet coconut cream cake topped with fresh strawberries.

Learning how to make sushi from Chef Pao was so fun. He is very organized and calm, and when he starts teaching about sushi you can clearly see how passionate he is about it. I can't wait to recreate everything I learned during our time together!

New chef
Chef Pao mastered his culinary training from Le Cordon Bleu in 2012, and after graduating delved into the elegant and intricate art of sushi presentations. His passion for sushi began when he worked as a sushi chef in St. Paul, mastering and perfecting his skills and plating techniques. He now owns his own catering company and brings his expertise to his cooking classes, focusing on Asian-inspired cuisine, skills and high-quality ingredients.
