Cooking Class: Traditional Pasta From Scratch

Craft four pasta shapes from scratch in this fun, hands-on cooking class with Chef Aaron. 


First, you'll learn how to make a traditional pasta dough with flour, eggs, salt and olive oil. Chef Aaron will teach you the technique to knead the dough and roll it out. First, cut the dough into ribbons to make tagliatelle. Whip up a creamy filling to make stuffed ravioli. Learn how to shape orecchiette, affectionately called little ears. And finally, craft hand-rolled cavatelli shells. Not only will you learn how to make the pasta from scratch, but you will also learn how to cook the fresh pasta like a chef. At the end of class, you'll enjoy a homemade pasta meal together, plus you'll take home some pasta to cook in your own home.
