In this hands-on class with Chef Pao, you will learn how to prepare a three-course Asian-inspired menu starting with a soft and savory gyoza dumpling filled with chicken, pork or vegetables. Then, you'll learn how to prepare a show-stopping pad thai complete with chicken or shrimp, Asian vegetables and tangy tamarind sauce. Finish with a delicate and tropical coconut cream cake adorned with strawberries slices.

My husband and I had a great time! Chef Pao was great and explained everything very clearly. He was very professional and had everything ready to go. We will definitely be taking another class in the future.

Le Cordon Bleu graduate and sushi master Chef Pao has earned a reputation in the Twin Cities for his mastery of both traditional and contemporary sushi plates and presentations as well as a number of other Asian cuisines. Today, Chef Pao plays host to a variety of interactive, one-of-a-kind cooking classes, and owns and operates his own catering business, which is known for taking events and gatherings to the next — and most delicious — level.
