Your four course dinner begins with Cajun soup, a lightened-up twist on gumbo with shrimp, green bell peppers, green onions, tomato juice and rice. From there, learn to prepare mushroom caviar with cherry tomatoes and succulent pork tenderloin with purple potatoes and turnips. For dessert, whip up an airy but indulgent chocolate mousse.

The class was great for the portion that I watched. I repeatedly checked the time in e-mail and texts and it stated 8:00 Eastern. This was the wrong time and came into the zoom 1 hour late. That was disappointing.

Haven’t gotten the zoom link, spend 200$ on groceries just to wait and not have her respond to any emails. Waiting 30 minutes into the class for her to send a working zoom link. Extremely upset.

Chef Tracy was AMAZING. She answered literally 100 of my questions and was able to manage 2 kitchens doing different techniques. She stayed 1 hour late with us. she gave me many suggestions on how to tailor my food, not to mention she actually taught me how to do correct cooking techniques that I’ve done wrong for years. Learned a lot. Would highly suggest!

Our whole family enjoyed the cooking experience. It was a wonderful, fun family experience to celebrate my husbands 70 Th birthday. Lots of good ideas we’re talked about and Tracy’s knowledge was very helpful for many of the family members. Everyone had a great time from the youngest grandchild to the oldest. The food was fabulous . We hope to do this again.
