Cooking Class: Spectacular Southern French Feast
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Cregg, you’ll learn the techniques needed to create amazing southern French cuisine. You’ll begin by preparing a beautiful haricots verts salad, followed by deep-fried mashed potatoes with pastry (pommes dauphine). For the entrée, you’ll cook a delicious steak with creamy peppercorn sauce. Finally, Chef Cregg will teach you how to make a classic French dessert, crêpes Suzette, with cream and vanilla beans. You’ll leave this class with the necessary skills to prepare your own French feasts in your home kitchen.

Fantastic evening with Chef Cregg. Can't emphasize enough the extent to which our class exceeded expectations. First of all, he's an absolute pleasure, and took far more time than he needed to actually teaching, rather than just "cooking and talking." He tailored it expertly to our level, and is clearly passionate about food. It was hands-on from beginning to end, and I picked up several tips and techniques that I'll use in my cooking.
