In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Lasheeda, you'll learn how to create a variety of traditional French macarons while also exploring the history of the macaron. Chef Lasheeda will share with you the best techniques for a successful bake, as well as how to create magical flavor variations of this delicate bakery staple. You'll start by preparing an unique and intriguing macaron using beet powder and goat cheese. Next, you'll move on to a more traditional and sophisticated floral macaron featuring sweet strawberry and lavender flavors. Lastly, your workshop in macaron artistry will finish with the preparation of cookies and cream macarons.

Our Macaron making workshop with Chef Lasheeda was fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable and explained the how's and why's of macaron making to us very thoroughly. Even though she had to travel to our house, the workshop started on time, which was great. We landed up with an excellent batch of macarons that we just could not stop eating! The Cookie and Cream was our favorite. We had a ton of fun during the workshop and would definitely recommend it!
