You’ll learn to prepare fresh California rolls, braised pork belly with jasmine rice, fried bok choy with ginger and garlic, and potstickers filled with ground pork, shrimp and savory seasonings. You’ll also create a dessert of turon ng saging, fried plantain bananas rolled in sugar.
