Chef's Stephanie's intimate setting and encouragement was the perfect complement to my girlfriend's amusement over my awful piping bag technique. She also took the time to explain how and why her technique is translatable to industry standards and practices.

Chef Stephanie received extensive culinary training in France before finding her niche as an instructor at the Art Institute, where she taught culinary arts for eight years.
