Cooking Class: Become a Fine Dining Expert
Join Chef Vivian and Michi to prepare a fancy three-course fine-dining menu in this hands-on cooking class. Using high-quality authentic Japanese ingredients and traditional French cooking techniques, you'll cook a lavish dinner course worthy of any Michelin star restaurant. After learning smart knife skills, you'll assemble a radish and cucumber salad topped with edible flowers and gold leaf. Then, you'll learn how to prepare a traditional seafood sunomono featuring shrimp, scallops, masago, ikura and white truffle oil. For the show-stopping centerpiece, Chef Vivian and Michi will show you how to craft a decadent wagyu land and sea lobster sushi roll.

Chef Vivian and Chef Michi were beyond welcoming. We had absolutely no sushi making experience going into it and after just a few hours, feel confident that we can prepare a meal for our friends. Recipes are delicious and easy. My husband and I truly enjoyed the night and highly recommend their class.

Chef Michi has mastered the art of exquisite Japanese sushi and enjoys sharing his specialty skills with others.
