In this guided cooking class with Chef Fernando, you will learn everything you need to know to make classic ramen built on a steaming, savory, richly flavored pork bone tonkotsu broth.
During this class, you will make both pork belly ramen with slurp-worthy noodles, onions, mushrooms, carrots, sweet potatoes, and bean sprouts, as well as a classic chicken ramen with all the fixings.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
