Team Building Activity: French Favorites of Julia Child

Chef Sharon leads this unique team building activity with enthusiasm and a love for the recipes of Julia Child. You and your team will learn how to prepare a few of the famous chef's favorite recipes. You'll use proper French cooking skills as you prepare vichyssoise soup with caviar, leeks and potatoes. Next is a classic coq au vin with chicken, bacon, mushrooms and pearl onions. A sweet and caramelized tarte tatin follows for dessert. 


Vichyssoise Soup With American Caviar 

With leeks, potatoes, white sturgeon caviar and vegetable stock

Coq au Vin 

With chicken, bacon, mushrooms and pearl onions

Tarte Tatin 

With apples, butter and sugar

The class was fun. We had the opportunity to do all of the preparation and cooking steps on our own. I only gave 4 stars because Chef Sharon said that she would send us the photos that she took and has not them yet.
