Cooking Class: Make Authentic Agnolotti Pasta

Master the art of pasta-making in this fun cooking class with Chef Kwesi. Under her expert guidance, you'll learn how to craft fresh pasta by hand to make classic stuffed agnolotti.


Start off by combining flour, egg, olive oil and salt to form fresh pasta dough by hand. Then, Chef Kwesi will teach everyone recipes for hearty veggie and meat fillings. You'll create a luxurious five-cheese stuffing before filling and shaping your agnolitti pasta and serving them in a robust tomato sauce. You'll also make a savory beef filling. Take your new skills home with you and make authentic fresh pasta whenever the craving hits!


Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class.
