What You’ll Do

Let Chef Michelle spirit you away with the flavors of Mexico in a cooking class brimming with international flair. Street tacos are the order of the day in this lesson on recreating the handmade goodness for yourself!

You'll start by preparing your own homemade tortillas from scratch using corn and wheat flour for a variety of authentic tastes and textures. Then, prepare fresh carne asada with traditional seasonings and toppings for a full-blown taco fiesta that's sure to dazzle the diners around your table!

Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Really fun class! I do wish that it had been a little more covid safe- we shared a bowl of rice with two strangers, and there was no "hand washing" or hand sanitizing that happened with the class before.
