Cooking Class: Mastering Tagliatelle

You'll get an incredible lesson in past-making in this fun cooking class with Chef Jimi. You'll learn how to use fresh ingredients and authentic techniques to make the perfect homemade pasta dish. After combining flour, egg and salt to form your dough, you'll shape wide, flat tagliatelle noodles which are the perfect vehicle for rich sauces. Smother this pasta in a creamy, cheesy Alfredo sauce and you've got a wholesome handmade meal!

Chef Jimi was great! Both my wife and myself enjoyed the fantastic meals he prepared for us to celebrate Mother’s Day 22’. We would definitely book him again, despite a hiccup in timing- we were very satisfied and I’m sure you would be also if you booked him!
