Forget store-bought noodles! In this cooking class, it’s all about rolling up your sleeves (and your pasta dough)! In this lively hands-on cooking class, you’ll craft silky sheets of fresh pasta from scratch, whip up a velvety ricotta filling kissed with Parmigiano and nutmeg and drizzle it all with a luscious Parmigiano cream sauce that’s pure comfort in every bite. Along the way, you’ll pick up tricks Italian nonnas have sworn by for generations and maybe start a few pasta debates of your own. Expect plenty of laughs, good food and a new appreciation for how magical homemade pasta can be.

Ricotta Filling

Ricotta cheese, Parmigiano-Reggiano, egg yolk, finely chopped fresh parsley (optional), freshly grated nutmeg, salt and pepper

Heavy cream, unsalted butter, Parmigiano-Reggiano, salt and white pepper
