Cooking Class: Make Perfect Potstickers from Scratch

Make pan-fried potstickers, also known as dumplings, from scratch better than your favorite takeout spot in this fund cooking class. Chef Malik will teach you to how to make these tasty, savory bites from start to finish. 


To start, learn to make potsticker dough by hand to be rolled out and shaped into thin wrappers. Make a hearty pork, ginger, garlic and onion filling before Chef Malik teaches you the expert methods for folding artful dumplings. Fry them up and enjoy!
