Make a tantalizing taco meal in this fun, hands-on cooking class with Chef Jazmine. As you learn some mouthwatering new recipes, you'll also get to learn some valuable kitchen skills to take home with you!
Start off with sumptuous seafood-stuffed empanadas, filled with hearty lumps of shrimp and crab and cooked to golden crispy perfection. Next, make tender, savory pork belly for your tacos, topped with tangy pickled red onions and a soy sauce glaze. Learn to make traditional elotes slathered in a creamy mixture of mayonnaise and Tajín. For dessert, whip up some sweet, cinnamony sopapillas to be served alongside vanilla ice cream.
