Start with a take on BBQ shrimp using tiger prawns and Cajun seasoning, simmered in white wine. Then, master traditional jambalaya loaded up with chicken and andouille sausage served over rice with a side of hand-breaded fried okra. End on a sweet note with bread pudding featuring juicy mango, peaches and a heavenly cream cheese icing.
