Master the age-old art of handmade pasta in this Sardinian-style cooking class with Chef James and Chef Claudia. A Sardinian native, Chef Claudia will share traditional culinary techniques while Chef James will enlighten the class with valuable tips and cooking methods.

In this class, you'll learn everything from pasta dough preparation to how to fill and cut your stuffed ravioli. You'll make a Sardinian-style ravioli using creamy ricotta cheese, a bit of sugar and a hint of tangy lemon. Then, you'll master a foolproof marinara recipe. Combine the two and you've got a chef-approved, authentic Italian meal!

It was a great experience! James was super nice and super helpful! Sadly we did not get to make ravioli due to Classpop overbooking them, but I enjoyed the pasta we made either way.

Great cooking class!! Enjoyed learning about Sardinian customs, learning how to use a pasta roller, and making our very own ravioli. We got noticeably better by the second round. The venue was also great (Speakeasy Ales & Lagers) -- great vibes and very affordable beers.
