Cooking Class: Make a Plant-Based Mexican Fare

Join Chef Eliza for a hands-on cooking class where you'll learn how to make several plant-based dishes inspired by the traditional Mexican dishes you know and love. First, roll out homemade corn tortillas to be filled with spicy roasted sweet potatoes for a flavorful, satisfying vegan take on the classic taco.

Pair your sweet potato tacos with a cheese-inspired cashew cream sauce and fresh guacamole made with zingy lime and brightly flavored cilantro. You'll also prepare and enjoy a refreshing "agua fresca," water with pineapple and mint. Plant-based never tasted so good!

We had a fabulous night with great people and great food! Chef Eliza gave us much information and showed us how to use the tools we needed to prepare the food. She was patient and upbeat and informative. 10 stars if I could!
