Cooking Class: Authentic Handmade Pizza and Pasta

If fresh pizza and pasta are your kind of delicious, this hands-on cooking class with Chef Jenna will be a blast. With years of culinary experience, Chef Jenna will teach you how easy it is to blend fresh ingredients into your favorite Italian dishes using traditional methods. 

To start, you'll learn all about balancing delicate flavor profiles with an arugula, bitter greens and pine nut salad. You'll serve that with hand-made spinach and ricotta raviolis served in a spicy garlic tomato sauce with zesty gremolata. Then, create a handmade pizza of your own design with a selection of savory toppings including vegetables and 'nduja, a sweet and spicy Italian sausage. Finish the class with a decadent, moist traditional olive oil cake topped with crème Anglaise.

With pine nuts, pecorino, cherry tomatoes and lemon-honey vinaigrette

Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli

With spicy garlic tomato sauce and gremolata

Handmade Pizza
