Cooking Class: Make India's Most Enticing Dishes
In this unique cooking class, Chef Tracy will teach you how to make all of the best authentic Indian dishes from start to finish using simple, accessible ingredients. You'll start with a staple recipe of creamy hummus, made by blending chickpeas and tahini.
Then, the chef will guide you as you create doughy, warm naan bread to enjoy with your hummus and sauces. Next, you will learn how to prepare a classic, bold-flavored chicken tikka masala served over fragrant basmati rice topped with fresh cilantro. Round out this Indian-inspired feast by crafting a hearty spiced cauliflower dish called achari gobi.

Chef Tracy is not just a food connoisseur but also a former athlete, which informs her fresh, nourishing and healthy approach to cooking. She is experienced in both pastry work and savory cooking, both inspired by her love for whole-food ingredients. In 2008, Chef Tracy launched a popular healthy dessert business. She also has an extensive teaching history, having led corporate cooking classes and nutrition workshops for a number of major companies. When she's not cooking, Chef Tracy is writing about nutrition or sharing her healthy recipes.
