This was my and my wife’s first time doing a group class so not sure how to gauge our experience. My initial feeling was that chef Chris was rushing to set up and kind of left us to figure out how this works on our own. He did apologize for running late and took time to answer questions. I did have a problem with the inaccuracy of ingredients, seems like he was using regular rice instead of sushi rice. Also he brought wrong size sushi paper so we feel like the experience was kinda Luke warm because of this. Overall I would recommend trying a similar class but don’t expect too much!
