You'll begin class by making a tequila-infused shrimp sous vide with jalapeños, tomatoes and bold spices. Up next, Chef Carlos will teach you the secret to cooking perfectly succulent scallops, which you'll pair with patatas bravas, roasted salsa and a spicy homemade hollandaise sauce drizzled over roasted asparagus. Finally, your Latin fusion meal will conclude with a rich vanilla flan dessert.

Chef Carlos is a well traveled chef who has experience in many international cuisines. He showed me a technique to cook a tomato to remove the skin and seeds. This was a technique I plan to use for future recipes. He is knowledgeable and excited to share his passion with his guests.
