Make three classic Asian dishes and a decadent dessert in this hands-on cooking class!
Begin by making tender chicken seasoned with oyster sauce as a filling for crisp lettuce wraps. Plus, whip up a tangy tamarind dipping sauce to pair with the wraps. Then, make a saucy orange chicken stir-fried with broccoli, pineapple, onions and red peppers for a sweet and spicy main dish. On the side, learn how to make the perfect crispy fried rice filled with carrots, celery and eggs and a savory soy sauce. Finally, indulge in a mango sorbet for dessert to refresh to end on a sweet note!

I have been wanting to learn about sous vide for a long time. In fact, my husband and I are now looking at purchasing a sous vide and vacuum sealer! I recommend Chef Ricky for this class and others. I’m hoping to do a sushi class with him next. The food was delicious and the best part is I learned how to make it! Chef Ricky keeps you engaged in the process step by step and very entertaining with his knowledge of food and cooking. Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed.

Best date night experience ever! Chef Ricky is great!! He gives a little history behind the why while explaining the how’s and really makes sure you’re comfortable with the tasks. Highly recommended

Chef Ricky is a research and development chef and chef instructor bringing nearly 40 years of professional culinary experience to the table. He notes his greatest achievements to be the development and launch of multiple successful Asian restaurants and business concepts, as well as coaching an American Culinary Federation team to two national championships. Chef Ricky specializes in Pacific Rim cooking and is passionate about helping aspiring chefs turn their dreams into reality.
