Cooking Class: Gourmet Sous Vide for the Beginner

Join Chef Chris for this cooking class featuring high-quality ingredients and the professional level precision of a sous vide machine. You'll be able to add this unique and relatively simple style of cooking to your weekly routine, and you'll learn some other valuable culinary techniques and skills involving balancing complex flavor profiles.


Chef Chris will begin by demonstrating how to prepare a fresh melon and tomato salad with contrasting flavors of tangy feta cheese and fresh mint. Your entrée is a butter and herb pork chop with roasted garlic, a shallot sauce and heavenly whipped parsnips. For dessert, enjoy Marsala-poached seasonal fruit with a lovely baguette French toast.

Not the best space to hold the class. Bar was very loud. Didn't start on time either.

A good experience, we did not have avocado and the rice ran out so the last roll you had to share with your partner. This could have been due to the fact that proof of pay to be in the class did not happen… seemed as if some people weren’t supposed to be there. Overall, needed to be more prepared considering what people pay to do this class.
