Cooking Class: A Plant-Based Take on Fast-Food Favorites

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Vanessa, you'll learn how to make healthy plant-based, fast-food favorites filled with all the delicious flavors, but none of the unhealthy ingredients. To start, you'll learn how to make the popular Vietnamese banh mi sandwich using pickled toppings and tofu. Then, you'll move on to another favorite and make nachos with a "cheesy" cashew base and plenty of toppings. I had the pleasure of doing two cooking classes with Chef Vanessa. They were so much fun, such a great personality and the menu was amazing. I have made them a couple of times and everyone loved it. Crab cakes with the yogurt Remoulade were amazing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
