Cooking Class: Plant-based Asian-Latin-Italian Fusion

In this unique cooking class with Chef Aleck, you’ll learn how to prepare a three-course, plant-based menu inspired by the recipes and flavors of Southeast Asia, Latin America and Italy. For appetizers, you’ll handcraft authentic mushroom spring rolls with a homemade sweet Thai chili sauce. Next, you’ll create layers of complex flavor with carnitas-style, seiten enchiladas. For dessert, you’ll make mocha lady fingers, served with a cup of fresh coffee or oat milk — the perfect end to a wonderful night!

Shiitake Spring Rolls 

With pickled cabbage and daikon radish, and homemade sweet chili sauce


Carnitas-Style Seitan Enchiladas 

 With corn tortillas, rice, onions, scallions, and cheddar or vegan cheese
