Chef Elham has created a cooking class filled with a quartet of hors d'oeuvres guaranteed to impress all at your next gathering. You'll take your culinary skills to the next level with baked brie bites made of puff pastry and filled sautéed mushrooms or dried fruit. Next is prosciutto-wrapped herbed chicken bites with rosemary and garlic-lemon aioli. Then, enjoy making a fresh mozzarella and olive crostini with roasted red pepper sauce and smoked salmon on herbed frittata.

We had fun and learned some helpful tips for making chocolate desserts. My sisters and I think that there should be a maximum of 4 students in a class because the kitchen is small.
Meet your chef
For the past two decades, Chef Elham has been sharing her passion for cooking with others as a private chef, caterer and culinary instructor. Most recently, Chef Elham has served as the culinary program director of America's largest hands-on cooking class program as well as a culinary instructor at one of Google's largest campuses. Her specialties include classic French cuisine as well as exotic Asian fare that entices and energizes the palate.
