Cooking Class: Italian Pasta and Risotto

Roll up your sleeves and learn how to make your own pasta in this interactive cooking class. Chef Desmond will teach you how to use traditional techniques and fresh ingredients to prepare pasta and sauces from scratch. Start with pasta filled with pesto sauce, eggplant and ricotta cheese. Next, make saffron risotto with Arborio rice. Your main entrée is pan-seared tuna agrodolce with a traditional sweet and sour sauce. For dessert, enjoy an Italian pear almond cake.
