Begin your exploration of global cooking with a bold, Asian-inspired appetizer featuring succulent shrimp and chili sauce. Master techniques from two regions of Italy using traditional ingredients to create a creamy risotto featuring Northern Italian carnaroli rice and a classic chicken piccata from the southern part of the country. Finally, travel to France to finish the meal with an airy chocolate mousse and coffee.

Steve was full of smiles and jokes while cooking his favorite dishes for us. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to cooking. I will be dreaming about his chocolate mousse until I recreate it myself.

Chef Steve has over 22 years of experience in the food industry. He has worked all across the East Coast in restaurants, hotels, country clubs, bakeries, coffee shops and more. He spent a decade traveling across North America and South America. Over the last year, he has been teaching live cooking classes. Chef Steve specializes in gourmet breakfast and dinner foods, and is passionate about helping others build their confidence in the kitchen.
