Chef Pravy will teach you all about Indian street food culture, and she’ll demonstrate the special techniques used to craft this delightful cuisine. First, you’ll prepare spicy, Manchurian-style fried cauliflower with ginger and garlic. You’ll follow this with Indian potato patties, topped with fresh mint and tamarind chutney. You’ll also make chili chicken, cooked with peppers and onions and smothered in aromatic spices. For dessert, Chef Pravy will teach you how to prepare a divine carrot pudding.
