Cooking Class: Refreshing Homemade Pasta

If you want to create pasta from scratch, then this interactive, hands-on cooking class is perfect for you. Chef Linda will teach you how to cook an Italian feast, from antipasta to dessert. You’ll learn how to craft your favorite type of pasta: ravioli, gnocchi, spaghetti and more. You’ll top the pasta with homemade sauce and prepare a refreshing salad as a side dish. For dessert, you’ll create a delightfully quick, but absolutely indulgent, raviolis filled with Nutella and dusted with powdered sugar.

Chef Linda was fantastic- organized, knowledgeable and friendly. I got purchased this experience as a gift for my partner because we have a special connection to New Orleans. We had so much fun cooking and eating delicious food (some recipes were from restaurants we had been to!) and learning. Would definitely recommend to a friend and want to take more classes from Chef Linda in the future!
