In this hands-on class with Chef Malik, you will learn how to prepare authentic Italian pasta completely from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients as well as easy-to-master, time-honored Italian culinary techniques. After Chef Malik walks you through the pasta-making process step by step, you will then learn how to prepare a creamy, from-scratch Alfredo sauce for your handcrafted Italian pasta. Finally, you will learn how to bring it all together and create a simple, yet stunning presentation garnished with freshly shaved Parmesan and a sprinkling of fresh herbs.
