We booked Chef Brandi’s dumpling making class for a birthday and had an amazing time! The recipe was easy to replicate at home and delicious. Chef Brandi was very helpful and provided great instructions. We had such a good time and will be returning for Chef Brandi’s sushi making class.

Chef Brandi is a Certified Food Service Manager and culinary educator passionate about making the kitchen a welcoming, confidence-building space for all. Since 2020, she has led cooking lessons for children, adults and individuals with disabilities, expanding her work into team-building events, live demonstrations and customized meal prep services. Known for her engaging teaching style and focus on flavor, texture and technique, Chef Brandi creates inclusive, hands-on culinary experiences that inspire creativity and joy.
