Chef Cregg is ready to teach you the ins and outs of making pasta from scratch in this hands-on cooking class. Learn the craft of pasta making from a world-class chef and discover your own inner culinary artist in the process. You'll learn to mix the ingredients, roll out the dough and shape the dough into beautiful pasta. Then, you'll get to enjoy your fresh pasta with a decadent caramelized corn cream sauce. Later, fry a perfect red snapper and finish off with an olive oil cake for dessert.

A fun evening with a great chef who not only is an amazing cook but a truly patient teacher. Skills were presented and individually monitored for the best use of tools, products and timing for maximum outcomes of the dinner. Pleasant company, good food and a great experience.
