Cooking Class: Sushi Making With Chef Nathalie
Ready to level up your Meatless Mondays? This beginner-friendly sushi class has you covered.
You’ll learn all the essentials with Chef Natalie, from prepping ingredients and practicing simple knife skills to rolling sushi step by step. On the menu? Two creative plant-based rolls: a smoked “salmon” roll made with lentil-based tofu and fresh veggies, plus a spicy dragon roll with carrot “tuna,” cucumber and avocado. To round things out, you’ll also whip up a light, refreshing seaweed salad on the side. Book your spot and roll into something new!
