Learn to fold, shape and cook dumplings from scratch in this cooking class with Chef Kevin. 


During this session, you'll prepare three classic styles: Japanese gyoza, Chinese-style dumplings and Eastern European pierogi. While each dumpling will reflect its traditional flavor profile, the fillings may change slightly depending on seasonal ingredients and dietary needs. You may work with ingredients such as napa cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, ground protein or vegetables and potato with onion and cheese or herbs. Book your spot today!

Really enjoyed Chef Kevin demonstration of preparing Paella. Learn a few cooking tips. Learned how to pass a knife to others and most importantly how to hold knife while cutting items. Very useful. Chef Kevin made the class enjoyable, relaxing, and most of all learn how to make an outstanding dish. Thanks Chef Kevin! All i need now is the Paella recipe!

Kevin is relatable, kind and fun. Supplies he ought to offer are paper towels and towelettes. Option to make add’l roles was not adequately communicated but there was enough raw materials to do just that. The brewery was a fun environment as well. A one page “crib sheet” that summarizes basic supplies needed, rice prep ingredient ration (water, vinegar, sugar. Seaweed,etc) and suggestions or key takeaways that summarize the experience would have been appreciated.
