The class begins by practicing your knife skills to chop vibrant seasonal vegetables and craft fresh pasta to fill a hearty Sicilian minestrone soup. Next, you'll prepare cannelloni pasta and a creamy ricotta and spinach filling to stuff it. Whip up a rich béchamel sauce to pair with the stuffed pasta for a decadent main course. On the side, a bright orange and fennel salad topped with red onions and Kalamata olives will delight your palate. Chef Linda was wonderful! Our group enjoyed learning cooking techniques, helpful tips and with a sprinkle of humor and history. The dishes were flavorful and we greatly enjoyed her company. Highly recommend!

Chef Linda brings a long and varied list of experiences to the table, from teaching to penning a book on food history. She has extensive experience in cooking instruction with adults and children, and enjoys showing others how to recreate traditional dishes for those with food allergies or special diets. Chef Linda brings great flavors, accessible techniques and interesting stories together for delightful culinary experiences.
