The class begins by practicing your knife skills to chop vibrant seasonal vegetables and craft fresh pasta to fill a hearty Sicilian minestrone soup. Next, you'll prepare cannelloni pasta and a creamy ricotta and spinach filling to stuff it. Whip up a rich béchamel sauce to pair with the stuffed pasta for a decadent main course. On the side, a bright orange and fennel salad topped with red onions and Kalamata olives will delight your palate.
