Chef Sharon is eager to introduce you to the fresh flavors of crudo – or raw Italian dining – in this unique cooking class experience. Your lesson will focus on seafood in various preparations. You'll learn to create traditional ceviche prepared with white fish and tangy citrus juices, shrimp agua chile with zesty lime and jalapeño, salmon with passion fruit and spicy tuna with vegetables. For dessert, you'll create a fresh yuzu and rose pie with custard cream.
Traditional White Fish Ceviche
With citrus, onion, cilantro, leche de tigre, sweet potato and hominy
Shrimp Agua Chile
With lime, cilantro, jalapeño, red onion, cucumber and orange
With passion fruit, pistachios, lemon jelly, radish, cilantro and flowers
With soy sauce, limes, cilantro, cucumber, avocado and Thai chilis
Yuzu and Rose Pie
With custard cream, edible flowers, caramel candy and vanilla cookie crust

Great experience, definitely recommended if you have little to no experience cooking, or skills in cooking, Chef Sharon works with each of the people to get the most out of the experience as possible. 100% recommend, and if I'm looking for something like this again will most likely book this Chef again.

The class was only one hour long when it said two. She already had the food precooked and just heated it up. She only showed us how to make the crepas with the flour and said she was going to send us the recipe to the food and I never received mine. Very disappointed

Chef Sharon was a great instructor and her food was fabulous! I would take another one of her classes.
