Cooking Class: Learn to Prepare Salmon Wellington
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Erin will teach you how to prepare a show-stopping salmon Wellington for a simple, yet elegant dinner entrée.
First, you'll begin with an olive tapenade appetizer made from olive oil, pine nuts and pepper and served alongside a toasted baguette. Next, you'll move on to the main course and learn how to make a grilled salmon wellington completely from scratch, blending puff pastry, Boursin cheese, roasted mushrooms and fresh herbs together into this classic dish. Lastly, your meal will conclude with the decadent and sweet flavors of rum-infused chocolate chip cookies.
