Join Chef Mah in this hands-on cooking class to learn the time-honored techniques for baking your favorite French pastries. First, you'll learn how to make the perfect pastry dough, as well as homemade diplomat cream to recreate a classic cream puff pastry. Then, Chef Mah will teach you how to whip up a scrumptious Victoria sandwich cake filled with fresh cream and berries. Lastly, your baking workshop will conclude with the creation of heavenly chocolate éclairs, teaching you proper piping techniques.

With nearly a decade of experience, Iranian-born Chef Mah has built a reputation as a skilled pastry chef and passionate culinary teacher. She relocated to the U.S. and began her journey as a baker and cake decorator, holding positions at several well-known bakeries.
