Your course includes a lesson in fresh ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta, as well as a fresh gazpacho flavored with basil and tangy tomatoes.

Chef Stephanie received extensive culinary training in France before finding her niche as an instructor at the Art Institute, where she taught culinary arts for eight years. She focuses on kitchen fundamentals that emphasize technique as well as fostering confidence and creativity by exploring an array of ingredients and flavors that are both traditional and exotic. Chef Stephanie’s classes promise to be fun, exciting and memorable for her students.
