Chef Kristin is so lovely to be around and extremely welcoming. I loved listening to her stories and her unique upbringing with food. Her recipes are hearty, healthy, yet delicious. She also grows a lot of her own herbs and vegetables that she uses in her cooking, which gives them that added fresh flair and flavor. This goes back to how she grew up eating lots of homegrown fruits and veggies. Most of the recipes she prepared were vegan/vegetarian, so if you are looking to learn how to cook in this style for yourself or even entertain a large group, Chef Kristin is your girl!
