Cooking Class: Flamenco Flavors
Sip, sizzle and taste your way through Spain in this tapas-style cooking class.
You’ll kick things off with a refreshing orange and apple sangria before crafting a golden Spanish tortilla layered with tender potatoes and eggs. Then, prepare succulent pork tenderloin tocino seasoned with smoky paprika de la Vera, followed by garlicky shrimp (or mushrooms) paired with spicy chorizo. Learn to create bold black squid ink rice paella rich with deep ocean flavor, then finish on a sweet note with a creamy burnt Basque cheesecake. You’ll even bake mini cheesecakes to take home. Book your spot now and bring the soul of Spain straight to your plate!
