Cooking Class: Little Chefs, Big Pasta Fun

In this fun-filled cooking class, kids and grown-ups will team up to make fresh tagliatelle noodles from scratch. 


You’ll mix flour, eggs and a pinch of salt to create your own dough, then roll and shape it into wide, wiggly ribbons of pasta. After that, you’ll whip up a cheesy Alfredo sauce using real Parmesan and butter. Put it all together for a tasty homemade dish everyone will love. It’s a fun, flour-filled way to bond, laugh and learn something new with your favorite sous chef!

Chef Jimi was amazing very fun and explained every step. He was very supportive throughout the whole process especially when I was struggling with thinning the dough. Would highly recommend this class and this chef!

Chef Jimi was nice! The class was super fun and interactive, we just wish he went a little more in detail with some of the steps and the reasoning behind them. Besides that, we had a blast!
