Cooking Class: Sweet and Savory Tuscan Cuisine

Chef Laura will teach you how to prepare a four-course Tuscan-inspired meal using fresh herbs, crunchy nuts and traditional ingredients. In this in-person cooking class, you'll begin with roasted tomato and olive crostini and a farro salad with pecorino Romano, pistachios, basil and mint. Your main course is grilled steak with aromatic rosemary and garlic. Round out this savory meal with a zesty Meyer lemon tart with a pine nut crust. 


Roasted Tomato and Olive Crostini 

With tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, basil and thyme 

Farro Salad With Pecorino Romano 

With apple cider, lemon juice, pistachios, basil, mint and arugula 

Grilled Steak With Rosemary and Garlic 

With balsamic, black pepper and lemon

With flour, sugar, butter, vanilla, eggs and sea salt

We gifted this class to my mom for her birthday. Our whole family had a marvelous time. We also enjoyed the company of the two people who signed up for the class. The kitchen was beautiful, we got our own cooking stations, and whatever was leftover we got to take home. FIVE STARS!!!

Great experience! Chef Laura was amazing and a great teacher. She made the cooking so easy for us. Chef Laura was very knowledgeable, informative and constantly engaging with everyone in the class. She made everyone feel comfortable in her home. She also had everything planned and detail by packing all our left overs in nice containers and bags. The food She taught us to cook was delicious! Specially the dessert. Overall a great experience!
