Chef Francesca shares a selection of hearty dishes from her childhood in Sardinia.
The rustic menu in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Francesca represents the best of the region, and all recipes she loved while growing up in southern Italy. An authentic experience of flavor and tradition await you!
You’ll prepare a platter of cured meats and cheese chosen by the chef before choosing either an arugula salad with walnuts and figs or a fennel salad with Parmesan and pecans. For your entrée, you’ll select homemade tagliatelle carbonara or pistachio-crusted salmon, and desert is your choice of a classic tiramisu or a creamy panna cotta baked from scratch.

Chef Francesca was amazing. We had a great time. She was so knowledgeable about Italian cooking. We learned and laughed so much. The pasta was delicious. We will definitely book another class with her!!!

Chef Francesca was born and raised in Sardinia, Italy, and discovered her passion for cuisine at an early age. Her greatest love is cooking traditional foods from her homeland using traditional techniques to create authentic homemade pastas, sauces and desserts.
