Begin the meal with a refreshing bruschetta. Make crispy bread topped with fresh tomato and aromatic basil. Next, make pasta from scratch using flour, eggs and water. Knead the dough and form it into tagliatelle or gnocchi. As the pasta boils, simmer a fresh tomato sauce with aromatic basil. Toss your pasta in the sauce and garnish with fresh herbs. With three culinary degrees and certifications as an Executive Chef, Culinary Educator and Culinary Administrator, Chef William is an award-winning chef who brings talent and tenure to his courses. He has over 35 years of experience in the food industry and in 2008 was named Chef of the Year by the American Culinary Federation, San Diego Chapter. Chef William is an enthusiastic instructor who's eager to share his passion for food with his students.
