In this hands-on class with Chef Pao, you'll learn how to prepare Asian classics starting with hot and sticky steam fried dumplings, stuffed with chicken, pork or vegetables. Next, you'll prepare a comforting bowl of ramen from scratch filled with miso, chicken, pork or shrimp, Asian vegetables and chili-sesame oil for a kick. For dessert, indulge in a light and sweet Korean apple pancake topped with creamy vanilla ice cream.

My husband and I had a great time! Chef Pao was great and explained everything very clearly. He was very professional and had everything ready to go. We will definitely be taking another class in the future.

Le Cordon Bleu graduate and sushi master Chef Pao has earned a reputation in the Twin Cities for his mastery of both traditional and contemporary sushi plates and presentations as well as a number of other Asian cuisines.
